We reserve the right to decline your booking at our discretion. 

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

We ask for a 20% non-refundable deposit to confirm your stay at the time of booking. The remainder of the total rental fee is to be paid no later than 4 weeks before your arrival.  All payments are non-refundable payments. Please check your insurance cover in advance.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

We reserve the right to require a security deposit against potential damage equal to 20% of the rental fee to be provided 1 week before arrival. 

We reserve the right to ask you to leave straight away (without refund) if we consider any of the House Rules (see below) have been disrespected.

We will not be liable to any guest for any loss, damage or injury suffered by them or their property howsoever caused.  

HOUSE RULES

Pets are not allowed without prior agreement.

We ask you not to smoke inside the house.

**Please note that some cooking utensils and serving cutlery made of wood, horn, mother of pearl or other natural materials need to be washed by hand and are not suitable for the dishwasher.**

The house has 3 bedrooms accommodating a maximum of 6 people. We do not accept or have capacity for additional beds or guests.

Please ensure no fires or candles are left unattended. 

Please take all candles inside before going to bed, as they melt in the sun.

No guest should use, ingest, possess or distribute illegal drugs or other substances or engage in other conduct which would bring Little Casa into disrepute.

The person making the booking will be responsible for the behaviour of their guests and any damage they may cause.

At the end of your stay, please ensure that the house is in the same condition as you found it on arrival and that all items borrowed have been returned; in particular, the kitchen should be left clean and tidy, dishes and glasses cleaned and put away, bins empty, perishable foods thrown out. 
Any used, wet or damp towels should be left in a pile on the floor.
